ADDICTION
Where to begin talking about addiction. Maybe the question is, where does addiction begin? Does it begin in poor families? In single family households? In affluent families? Families with 2 parents? Does it begin in childhood? Teenage years? Adulthood? From trauma? Does it begin with a surgery and prescribed medication for chronic pain? Does it begin as a dare? As a bad decision? As an escape? The answer is yes. It begins in all of these places and countless others.
I have been treating people with substance use disorder for years and there is always more to learn. I have learned that there is no space, no place for judgment, no time to waste with blame. I believe that for a majority of my clients they see shame in the mirror every day, they see judgment, they hear it in their own voices. Perhaps they’ve heard it from family members, friends, loved ones. They do not need that from me. That is not helpful. That is not healing. We will explore how you got here when you’re ready. The first step is coming together as 2 individuals discussing an illness that deserves kindness, patience and healing.
If you are in active addiction, perhaps a higher level of care is needed. We can discuss those options.
If you are in recovery, this setting is perfect for you.
I have been touched with SUD in my own family, I have lost loved ones, patients, colleagues to this epidemic, as well as one young boy who experimented one day and did not get to see another day. I know this is a familiar tale. We share this in common; no one is untouched by addiction. It may be drugs, or alcohol, or even gambling.
If you are in active addiction, perhaps a higher level of care is needed. We can discuss those options. If you are in recovery, this setting is perfect for you. Wherever you are in the journey, please know that there is a space in my practice for you, for open conversation, for judgment free treatment that may include MAT or
perhaps management of undiagnosed mental health symptoms.
I am here, and I am waiting for you.
ANXIETY
Anxiety can be persistent and exhausting, even when everything looks “fine” on the outside. Whether you struggle with racing thoughts, constant worry, panic attacks, or social anxiety, we take the time to listen and understand what you’re going through. We’ll work with you to find practical, personalized strategies for relief.
ADHD
ADHD can impact focus, organization, memory, and even self-esteem. If you’re tired of feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or misunderstood, we offer compassionate evaluation and support. Treatment may include structured tools, lifestyle guidance, and medications tailored to your needs and goals.
DEPRESSION
Depression can make even the simplest parts of daily life feel heavy and out of reach. It can impact your motivation, energy, relationships, and your ability to experience joy or connection. We take the time to understand your unique story and how depression is showing up for you—whether it's persistent sadness, numbness, irritability, or fatigue.
Treatment may include a thoughtful combination of evidence-based medication, lifestyle strategies, and supportive dialogue. Our goal is to help you move toward relief, clarity, and a greater sense of emotional balance—on terms that feel right for you.
MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH
For generations, men have been told to “tough it out,” “suck it up,” or keep their struggles to themselves. Seeking help was often seen as weakness, and emotional pain was something to be buried, not spoken. At Webster Psychiatric Center, we believe the opposite is true—reaching out takes strength, and men deserve care that honors their experiences without judgment.
We understand that men may carry stress, anger, sadness, or fear in ways that aren’t always easy to talk about. Whether you’re facing burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, or attention challenges, we offer a space where you don’t have to perform, fix, or explain. You can just be—and we’ll meet you there with respect, insight, and real support.
TRAUMA

Your mental health matters. You matter.
Trauma affects the mind and body in deep and lasting ways. Whether your trauma stems from a specific event or a long-term environment, we offer trauma-informed care that prioritizes safety, trust, and respect. We recognize the strength it takes to begin this work and walk with you at a pace that feels manageable.
