Theresa Webster PMHNP-BC

Theresa Webster is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in evidence-based care and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. Her clinical focus includes ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.

Guided by a trauma-informed, whole-person philosophy, she integrates each patient’s unique life story, values, and goals into a personalized care plan. With a deep commitment to making patients feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected, Theresa creates a supportive space where meaningful healing and growth can take place.

Jessie Merlino

PMHNP-BC

Jessie is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who approaches care through the lens of the mind-body connection. She believes mental health deserves the same attention and care as any physical condition.

Jessie specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) using a trauma-informed, whole-person approach. She emphasizes coping skills, lifestyle changes, and nonpharmacological tools before introducing medication, and incorporates supportive therapy and psychoeducation into her care.

With a warm, nonjudgmental style, Jessie builds trust through open, honest communication—creating a space where patients feel seen, heard, and supported in their healing.
